Regional Delivery Manager – North London
Requirements
Following 12 years of successful growth within public sector constriction and related procurement solutions, we are looking to recruit a Regional Delivery Manager to achieve focused client account growth. This will include:
- Proven ability to engage and influence the public sector in construction/professional services
- Experienced in developing and executing client account plans
- Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes (single and two-stage)
- Expertise in public sector construction, including infrastructure, estates, and place-making
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement options and the benefits of Frameworks/DPS
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-tier customer service

Responsibilities include:

Analyse Pagabo’s regional position and identify opportunities to grow client accounts - Develop and execute account plans to increase client engagement and wallet share
- Research and present procurement solutions to secure projects via Pagabo frameworks
- Build relationships with new clients onboarded by RBDM
- Present procurement strategies, highlighting the benefits of Pagabo solutions
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring the team is aligned with project requirements
- Collaborate with regional team to build relationships with contractors and consultants
- Represent Pagabo at national, regional, and local levels to promote its market presence
- Stay informed on public sector procurement and construction market trends to maintain Pagabo’s industry leadership
