Call Off Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities:

Pagabo is one of the fastest-growing Development, Construction and Services related framework providers for the Public Sector. Due to this growth and unique service offering, we are seeking a Call Off Procurement Assistant to help us build on the strong foundation of capability and expertise within the company. This means we will keep on meeting the requirements of our ever-growing client base and growing portfolio of procurement solutions. This will include:

  • Procurement Support: Assist Call-Off Procurement Officers in delivering pro-ject procurement, ensuring best practice and compliance
  • Tender Query Management: Manage and coordinate tender queries effi-ciently and effectively.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate project data to support workload management, rebate tracking, and forecasting.
  • Compliance Awareness: Understand requirements to ensure projects com-ply with framework agreements and procurement regulations.
  • Procurement Delivery: Support the team in completing tasks within the Call Off Procurement Process.
  • Ownership: Take pride in supporting procurement activities, ensuring excel-lent communication and service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • MI Discipline: Assist in maintaining accurate data for pipeline forecasting and KPI reporting.
  • Participate in training programmes to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and industry regu-lations.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Pagabo is a privately-owned public sector procurement specialist. They help public sector organisations establish and manage UK compliant framework agreements, dynamic purchasing system(s) to be used by a growing number of clients, and they also provide tailored procurement consultancy services. They’re currently based in central Hull (55 Whitefriargate, HU1 2HU), having relocated in 2021 due to their rapid growth. They have a focused team led by MCIPS qualified procurement professionals and have a balanced public and private sector ethos that deliver strong results.
