Regional Manager London
Responsibilities:
Pagabo is one of the fastest-growing Development, Construction and Services related framework providers for the Public Sector. Due to this growth and unique service offering, we are seeking a Regional Manager to to help us build on the strong foundation of capability and expertise within the company. This means we will keep on meeting the requirements of our ever-growing client base and growing portfolio of procurement solutions. This will include:
- Leverage your established London network within the built environment contractor and consultancy sectors/markets to drive client account growth and maximise opportunities.
- Utilise your strong London-based relationships to expand our presence and deliver value across public sector procurement projects.
- Play a pivotal role in developing accounts by harnessing your London network and creating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Drive regional success by engaging your London network to generate opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Lead Opportunity Execution: Own opportunities from initial conversation through to award, ensuring compliance and timely delivery working with your internal support teams and stakeholders
- Drive Client Growth: Build new and strengthen existing relationships with senior stakeholders across Local Government, NHS, Education, and Blue-light sectors.
- Influence Regional Marketing Plan
- Execute Category Plans: Translate national strategies into local actions, creating tangible client engagement and opportunity generation.
- Collaborate with Suppliers: Work closely with supplier teams to maximise joint business plans and escalate risks or opportunities early.
- Maintain Data Accuracy: Ensure clear and accurate records for forecasting, rebate tracking, and KPI reporting.
- Learning & Development – Participate in training programs to enhance job skills and knowledge, including mandatory business training.
- Collaboration – Work effectively with teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem Solving – Identify challenges, suggest solutions, and take initiative to resolve issues.
- Professionalism – Maintain a high standard of service, addressing concerns professionally.
- Compliance & Policies – Follow company policies, industry regulations, and ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained.

Who are we?
Pagabo is a privately-owned public sector procurement specialist. They help public sector organisations establish and manage UK compliant framework agreements, dynamic purchasing system(s) to be used by a growing number of clients, and they also provide tailored procurement consultancy services. They’re currently based in central Hull (55 Whitefriargate, HU1 2HU), having relocated in 2021 due to their rapid growth. They have a focused team led by MCIPS qualified procurement professionals and have a balanced public and private sector ethos that deliver strong results. They’ve been successfully meeting their clients’ needs for over 10 years and are financially very robust. Their growth during the last few years has been controlled and progressive, and in 2025, they’re seeing further expansion as demand for their services continues to increase.

The role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our London team. This is a strategic role for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on building partnerships and delivering results. You will play a key role in driving opportunity generation, client key account, and account management, to achieve growth in regional revenue, by engaging with public sector organisations and suppliers.
Skills and Experience:

5+ years’ experience within the public sector, construction (ideally pre-construction) market

Demonstrable to develop and maintain relationships within this market

Develop and execute regional strategy to grow revenue in London region
