The role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our talented engineering team. This is a strategic leadership role, perfect for someone who wants to build high-performing teams, champion technical excellence, and shape the future of our products. While this is not a hands-on coding role, you will be instrumental in setting our technical direction, optimising our engineering processes and fostering a culture of innovation.

You will play a critical role in defining and executing the technical roadmap for the next generation of our products. As we establish robust foundations in software engineering and deployment, you will also be key in exploring and implementing data-driven strategies and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance our offerings and unlock new possibilities.
