Application Support Engineer

Requirements
The Support Engineer role would suit an individual with great customer services skills, who is also able to support software products. This will include:
- Experience in a similar field, such as Software Application Support (desirable)
- Technical knowledge (SQL, MySQL, database administration)
- IT proficient with excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Email, online portals and conferencing systems
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to deadlines and a desire to ‘fly’ the flag for the customer
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently with limited direct supervision but be a ‘team-player’

Responsibilities include:

Onboarding customers which can include the creation of SQL scripts to import data.

Work alongside our Customer Service team

Assist the team with producing training materials (FAQs, How-to Guides)

Produce regular reports for management on support usage

Working with the Product Team to provide customer feedback and be part of overall ‘Roadmap’ team

Liaising with 3rd parties to ensure product integration – existing and future products

Contributing to achieving company targets on adoption and utilisation
