Regional Business Development Manager –
South
Requirements:
Following 12 years of successful growth within public sector constriction and related procurement solutions, we are looking to recruit a Regional Business Development Manager to achieve focused market growth. This will include:
- Proven ability to engage and influence the public sector in construction/professional services
- Experienced in developing and executing business development plans
- Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Strong knowledge of public sector construction, including infrastructure and estates management
- Understanding of public sector procurement options and Frameworks/DPS benefits
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and commercial skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to top-tier customer service

Responsibilities include:

Analyse regional markets to identify growth opportunities - Develop engagement plans for untapped public sector clients (Local Gov, NHS, Education)
- Research and present procurement solutions to secure intent to procure via Pagabo frameworks
- Build relationships with framework contractors and consultants to drive client engagement
- Represent Pagabo at national, regional, and local levels to boost market presence
- Stay updated on public sector procurement and construction trends to maintain industry leadership
