Regional Business Development Manager –
North
Requirements
Following 12 years of successful growth within public sector, constriction and related procurement solutions, we are looking to recruit a Regional Business Development Manager to achieve focused market growth. This will include:
- Strong ability to engage and influence the public sector in construction/professional services
- Experience in developing and executing business development plans
- Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Knowledge of the public sector construction industry
- Understanding of public sector procurement options and benefits of Frameworks/DPS solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities include:

Analyse regional market and identify growth opportunities - Develop engagement plans for untapped public sector clients (Local Government, NHS, Education, etc.)
- Research and present procurement solutions to secure intent to procure via Pagabo frameworks
- Build relationships with framework contractors and consultants to drive client/project engagement
- Represent Pagabo at national, regional, and local levels to promote its market presence
- Stay updated on public sector procurement and industry trends to position Pagabo as a market leader
